Geocache Description:

Welcome to WWFM X
Las Vegas!

Definition: Flash Mob (FLASH mawb) n. A large group of people who gather in a usually predetermined location, perform some brief action, and then quickly disperse.

The WWFMs (World Wide Flash Mobs) are coordinated geocaching events that take place simultaneously at locations across the globe.

On the day of the Event:

*Get there early and act like a muggle before the event starts (don't congregate with other geocachers and stay away from ground zero)

*At precisely 10:00 am the Mob begins. Quickly converge on ground zero and group together to sign the log book then begin the task.

*After signing in, everyone is to spread out around the fountain and FREEZE IN ACTION. Use the lifelike statues of the kids in the fountain (seen below) as inspiration. Whenever you hear us yell SWITCH, immediately move into a different area and freeze into a new pose!(Please do not actually get in the fountain).

*Just before the 15 minutes is up, we will gather for a group photo.

*At the end of the 15 minutes, quickly disperse individually and in different directions. Leave without a trace.

As mentioned, this event will begin precisely at 10:00am local time on Saturday May 4th, 2013 and will last exactly 15 minutes. To claim this event you must be present and sign the log sheet DURING the sign in process which will take place ONLY in the first few minutes following the start time.
