Replacing a now archived Cache in a nice spot.
This site is known to have housed at least one letterbox and at least one Geocache ( Rippin Tor Ramble by BrixingtonPaddler )
It's a cracking spot and deserves to be used again. There are good views, it's relatively easy to get to and there is excellent walking nearby. A very large ancient hut circle is off a hundred yards or so towards Hemsworthy Gate and the cattle grid.
There's a short walk from a one-car parking spot which is waymarked, and there's plenty of nearby parking. It's flat but few clear paths and although recently swaled, may be heather-clad soon enough.
Although within sight of the road in good weather, take a little more care as this is Dartmoor and things change quickly.
