MotorBug: The last log says it all. This has historically been a tough (but nice) spot for a cache. Prior to this one there was another for some time which was also muggled a couple of times.
I don't get that way too often and with the price of gas... it has been a good excuse for a motorcycle ride on Skyline, but I am archiving. Maybe someone can figure out a hide that the muggles won't get.
