The cache is not "Here" at the posted coordinates, but here as shown in the picture. 
Of course you're going to have to figure out where "here" is exactly.
Some of you will wonder where the challenge was, while others will have a head-slapping "aha!" moment. It really all depends on your perspective on things.
(Quite honestly I'm not sure what this one should be rated so I'm open for reviews from the first couple finds before locking in a final difficulty rating.)
