Christianssands Møller
Christianssands Møller ble grunnlagt i 1888 som hvete-, rug-, bygg og maismøller. I 2008 ble produksjonen stanset, maskinene ble demontert og overført til produksjonslokaler på Østlandet.
I 1787 ble gården Grim med påstående møllebruk og dammer overdratt til Peder Mørch. Eiendommen forble på familien Mørchs hender fram til 1871 da den ble solgt til Kristiansand kommune. Tre år senere ble møllen solgt videre til et interessentskap bestående av stadshauptmand H.G. Kirsebom og kjøpmennene Joh. P. Johnsen A. Olsen, S.P. Dahm samt brødrene Rosenkilde. Etter fire års drift selger disse selskapet til Christiansen & Co. som endret navnet til «Christiansens Møller». I neste omgang ble selskapet solgt til nye interessenter med Joh. P. Johnsen i spissen og det nye selskapet fikk navnet "Christianssands Møller". Produksjonen var ca 200 tønner pr. dag. I 1896 ble selskapet omdannet til et aksjeselskap med 160 000 kr i aksjekapital. I april 1896 ble møllen rammet av en stor brann og og man vurderte å flytte den ned til havnen. I 1901 besluttet eierne imidlertid å utvide aksjekapitalen til 375 000 kroner og gjenoppbygge møllen.
