Located off new ridge line trail on the west end of South Mountain Park.
Now that the new trail is complete on the West end of the park, I felt that the area needed another cache. Many of us hiked this ridge line long before this new trail came along.
To get to this cache, you will need to leave the main trail and follow the old ridge line path for a short distance to the cache site. Along the way, you will be treated to one of the better views in the area, so bring your camera. I've posted the coordinates where I picked up the ridge line trail and I also included a pic of the desert turtle I passed along the way.
***Attached by magnet to the bottom of the cache container is a key to help open the cache. Please replace when done.***
