Geocache Description:

You'll love this one (if you liked the Fear Factor cache). This is a surprising cache as you'll see from the parking lot. The cache now a real cache with Geonote, Log Sheet and Pencil.

This cache is not for the weak of heart and I'm not talking about being in good physical condition. If you don't feel safe, don't hunt it. If you do hunt it, have a place to put everything so to free your hands. The area is open to the public but rarely used. Why is that??

Park around N38° 29.565, W120° 17.404 and look where you're headed. The total elevation change will be approximately zero to the cache which is around 3,720 feet above sea level. However, you'll notice the 2.5/2.5 rating and think, ''what's up with that?'' Well, let's just say you'll be doing a little climbing (which could be done with a backpack on). Kiss the little kids good bye and take the direct route. (Be reasonable in defining ''direct''.)

Once you get to the last stretch, you'll think once again about bailing out on this hunt. Is it worth it? Sure, why not! If you decide to go for it, kiss the older kids good bye and remind them to keep their comments to themselves. You really don't want to be cheered on at this point.

If you make it out a dozen rails - stop and take in the view. Stop shaking. You're at the center - Where Two Waters Cross!

Take out your camera and take a picture. Put the camera away and now your hands will both be free. Carefully look for the cache - It's in plain sight to a Geocacher. Never lean on the rail! (If you're at GZ reading this step by step during the hunt: I'd like to remind you how important it is to do your homework ahead of time - put this paper way and free up both your hands!

DO NOT DROP THE LOG SHEET! Repeat, DO NOT DROP THE LOG SHEET. Wind will likely try to take it away.

If by some chance you can't find the cache, you can read the magnet on the outside of the rail and email the words to me to prove you were there - and then log your find. Do Not Post the key words in your find post.

Note: 3,720 foot elevation was figured after the fact - so you can judge if the snow is gone before you drive up there.

Note: Please take care not to reach into where you haven't looked. A mirror would work if you fear leaning over the railing. Yellow Jackets have been reported near the cache but should that bother anyone? Just adds to the challenge IMHO. I've bumped the rating by 5 tenths.
