This cache is located on land owned by the Woodlawn Trustee's, and is open to the public from 8am to Dusk. There are probably more parking coordinates than I listed. Dogs on a leash, mountain biking, and horses are allowed. No motorized vehicles are allowed.
There are a lot of trails to take to get to this cache. I felt like I walked the line to get to this cache, at least part of the way. There is no major bushwhacking and is located a short distance off the trail. Depending on where you park there maybe some stream crossings. You need to bring a pen or pencil.
