This natural landmark that has been given some human dressage has been here for several years. She's often wishing visitors leaving the beach a safe trip and speedy return. Her outfit is changed every so often, so take a picture and please post it if her outfit is different at the time of your visit. If you're local or a regular, you may have seen her greeting you, or you may never have noticed her at all.
The Cache is an Ammo Can that is placed just beyond the Beach Babe. You can walk in on the high ground without walking through the marsh grass. There is some low underbrush, but it's not too bad.
Don't Forget Bug Spray!! There is an abundance of what locals call 'no seeums'. Little gnats that you don't see until they bite, but boy do they bite!! Since this is near the marsh, bug spray is a must!! (this doesn't apply ~ Oct-Feb)
There is a great place to park on the side of the road approximately 310 feet West of the cache area.
