This is definitely a lunchtime cache. At least, I eat lunch near here almost every weekday. If you're planning to grab this one between 12:10 and 12:31, give me a call and say "Let's do lunch!" Better yet, call your wife/husband/sweetheart and say "Meet me for lunch at 12:31. I'll be geocaching between 12:10 and 12:31!"
Last week my wife called and I said "Pick me up from work at 12:31!"
"But you don't get off till 5:00," she replied.
"That's right." I said.
Then she said, "OK 12:31 it is, at 5:00PM sharp!"
You really don't have to do this cache at lunch time. You could do it early in the morning, or late at night, or in the evening, or whenever you want. In fact, the title really doesn't have anything to do with lunch. It's a riddle about where the cache is placed. If you figure it out, let me know.
You might have problems with muggles though. Maybe lots and lots and lots of muggles at certain times of the day. Hardly any at others. If anybody questions you (they won't) you could tell the truth (since nobody would really care), or you could say you're doing a lab assignment for Dr. Hogg, which would also be the truth (more or less).
The container is a micro-micro that has room only for a tiny log. Bring a sharp pencil or a fine-tip pen with you. When you find the container, sign the log using tiny letters to make the log last longer, and use both sides. It's best only to unroll the log as far as needed to sign. Let me know if the log is getting full so I can replace it. To replace the log in the container, roll it up as tightly as possible and insert it in the CAP of the container. And as always, replace the container exactly as you found it.
There is ample parking nearby. There is a parking lot within one-legged hopping distance and there is a parking garage slightly further away.
