Cornerstone4: Well, this one has been on-hold for a year now!
I have been waiting since the area had been under contruction. They just put in a new planter, and removed the gravel that used to be there. I'm afraid caching activity would be detrimental to the site, so I'm archiving it for now.
The establishment may be changing hands soon, so if the new owners are amenable to the cache being there, I will rework it slightly, and resubmit.
