This is an easily accessible cache but beware of hidden stumps
and rocks at the actual cache location. There is a lovely park with
benches and memorials to honor our heroes.
Container is larger than a film canister and contains an FTF
prize, log book, and pencil. Container is pretty stuffed full right
now with the FTF prize, so someone go get it quick.
You may be able to stuff a small signature item in the
cache.
To get the actual coordinates for the cache you need to find the
last 2 digits of both years of dedication of the memorial and the
plaque. Hint: Ignore the century digits.
Lat: Divide the last
digit of the difference of the two years by the
second digit of the sum of the two years. Subtract
that from the second to the last digit of the coordinates
above.
Lon: Divide the
difference of the two years by the first digit of the
difference. Next, add that result to the
difference, then add that number to the above
coordinates.
