How Geocaching Works
Log, Pen, and Goodies. It's not a Nano.
Interesting area of the Des Moines River... It's snaking around, there are many flood plains, but also many lakes and ponds. About 3/4 of a mile south is a really cool railway bridge.
Nice place in the summer and winter. Enjoy the trails!
During the fall, hunting is allowed on this land.
Congrats to "MonRose" on the FTF! 3/29/09

This cache is part of the "4-corner's of Polk County" series of caches. There is one cache at each of the 4 corners of Polk County.
This cache is close to the southeastern most point of Polk County. I could not hide this cache much closer to the actual site as it is often inaccessible or under water due to flooding.
North-west Cache: Nail in Your Coffin
North-east Cache: Thomas Edison Wuz Here
South-west Cache: The Devil Made Me Do It!
South-east Cache: Rescue Me!
