Geocache Description:

"Trainspotting" by hopkinsfam

Many a happy memory has been spent with the children rushing down to this spot in aiskew next to the railway to watch the steamtrain go past. Please be mindful of the dangers of crossing the railway. It would be advisable to keep dogs on leads and to hold small childrens hands as you "stop, look and listen" for the trains.  The cache can be reached on foot via a small path leading off the housing estate or from a small country lane. The cache is in a small clear plastic box  and contains treasures which may appeal to all age groups. Feel free to take a keepsake but please replace it with something of equivalent value or more. Grandad and a local neighbour will regularly check on the cache, but please feel free to contact us with any problems.
