Geocache Description:

This cache is one of a series set at or near churches in the lovely surroundings of the Shropshire countryside. We’d like to thank The Washers for conceiving the idea, initiating the series and inviting other cachers to add to it.

All Saints Church is an unusual thatched and half timbered church built as a "chapel of ease" in 1903. Little Stretton itself nestles in the heart of the Shropshire Hills at the foot of The Long Mynd. It provides a starting point for a popular ramble up Ashes Hollow to the top of The Long Mynd.

The published co-ordinates are not for the final cache.

This is an off-set multi that requires you to obtain numbers from the information board located at the published co-ordinates. You will then need to substitute the numbers obtained into the formula below. The notice board displays various interesting buildings around the village. Make a note of the red number allocated to each of the named buildings.

N52 31.ABC W002 49.DEF

A = Elms Cottages
B = Manor House - Brockhurst Castle
C = Ragleth View Cottages
D = Crown House + Rose Cottage - Tan House
E = Birch Cottage
F = The Elms + The Malthouse - Bridge Cottage

The final co-ordinates will take you along a footpath/cycle route on Open Access land. You will have to step across a small stream (hence the terrain rating) before arriving at the cache site.
You are looking for a decon container with small swaps and a pin badge for the FTF.
Please ensure the lid is replaced firmly and that the container is hidden well.

We would like to thank David Cowell, the NT Area Warden, for giving his permission for the placement of this cache.
