The parking lot to access this cache is off of N. 67th Ave, just North of Patrick ln (which is North of Deer Valley rd). It is on a hill in the Thunderbird Park area. Take trail H5.
This can be a fairly quick cache hunt (although it is hidden well). If you park in the dirt lot off of 67th Ave, it is less than a 10 minute walk to the top of a little hill. For a longer hike and much more exercise, you can take any of the trails in the area all around the hills and mountains - definitely worth the hike if you have time!
The cache is in a clear Rubbermaid container with a red lid.

I didn't realize it was still on the hill somewhere when I placed a new container at the listed coordinates for this cache, so now there are two!
