The best place to park the car is at the intersection of Lookout Dr. and Prairie Creek Dr. West.
The terrain is fairly easy with about a 1/2 mile walk involved and not much climbing. Note I said not MUCH climbing. There is one spot where you need to be careful (wear sneakers or hiking boots-no leather soles!) or you'll wind up in the creek or worse.
You can walk on either side of the creek for this hunt. There is a another road (Prairie Creek Dr. East) just past the trees for an easier hike and some different scenery. Lookout for nosey folks while hunting because this is a very busy park. Most people are friendly and no one seemed at all interested when I was hiding the stash but keep an eye out just the same.
The stash is large enough to hold a paperback book (no videos-sorry!) but you may want to bring some smaller stuff also...hint...hint
