The coordinates take you near the Park Office at Harrington Beach State Park. You're welcome to stop in and say hi to the park staff if you want, BUT this cache is NOT inside the office or any other building. Instead look for a sign of it in its own little micro garage.
This cache was first hidden here as part of a geocaching event on 7/6/2013.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to of the Wisconsin DNR and has been approved by Ranger Krueger.
