Geocache Description:

Hike is short but steep in places. Watch out for rattlesnakes. Poison oak is also in the area. Pretty easy for a healthy adult and older children.

This cache is located right near a local swimmin' hole, so bring your bathing suits and cool off! Lots of sunbathers on the weekends. To reach this cache take Hwy 78 to just east of the town of Ramona. At N33°03.066' W116°50.696' turn onto Magnolia. Magnolia changes names to Black Canyon Rd. and the pavement ends. Continue for several miles and park somewhere around N33°07.838' W116°47.733'. Normal passenger vehicles can get to this cache but will need to have the dust washed off after.
