This geocache was placed for the Yesteryear Still Here Event Cache GC3BVMG held on March 31st, 2012. The Yesteryear event takes a look back at vintage San Fernando Valley and retro TV shows. | G.I. Joe was introduced in 1964 and was probably the first "action figure" (no, not a doll!) marketed for boys. I think in the 60's and 70's every young boy had at least one G.I. Joe in his closet. |
