I recently found a cache by crusty&dusty (GC1A5NP) while visiting relatives in Florida and decided to plagiarize it for up here.

This is a cache find for all those heart-broken cachers who just can't seem to catch a break when it comes to being the "First to Find" a new cache.

Every cacher who finds this cache CAN claim FTF honors.
Rules for logging your find (if you wish to comply):

#1 Logs SHOULD contain at least three happy emoticons (smiley faces).

#2 Log entries should express excited celebration and claim FIRST TO FIND honors.

#3 Logs should give details explaining why your find deserves FTF honors. (examples-FTF after the snow melted. FTF on a holiday. FTF for an out of state cacher...etc.)
