We were thinking about calling this one 'Attack of the soccer mom' or 'There's none around here cache'.
It is not located on school property.
This should be a quick park and grab, but I suggest you do not try this during school drop-off or pick-up, as there are a lot of Muggles, especially the obnoxious little ones.
Please re-hide as found, and log all DNF.
