It's a camo'd decon container at a logical place to stop. The terrain rating is for the long hike to get here.

While hiking in spooky, unknown territory I suddenly came upon the 3 mystic monkeys, Mizaru, Kikazaru and Iwazaru sitting in a row on tree stumps in their characteristic poses. They were convinced that I was the long lost 4th monkey, Shizaru, and tried to get me to sit on the single vacant stump. Knowing that doing so would leave me stuck there for the next few hundred years I pretended to agree and celebrated our 'reunion' with them for awhile. I even managed to hide a cache before running off at full speed. The primates were very angry and flung doo which vanished in midair. Apparently their powers extend only to the edge of the trail. I made sure to stay farther back when I passed by again on my way out.

It's here, and I was glad of another easy find. I'm enjoying the hike and enjoying the *finds* (not the searches) and I'm moving on. The monkeys have flown.

Out hiking on an already hot morning, on this fine summer 's day. This is a very nice canyon and is recovering nicely from the recent fires. I work nearby and walk here often. TFTC

My only DNF of the hike. The stumps appear to be all strewn about and the monkeys have definitely left the place in a bit of a mess. I wonder if the cache is still here. Maybe just better hidden than I anticipated. I'll keep a watchful eye.

One of 25 finds during a full day hike - almost 11 miles total. GPS was bouncing a bit, so took a couple of minutes to find. Nice shady spot for a cache. Thanks for the hide!
