Geocache Description:

The town of Wascott, Wisconsin was established in 1910, covers an area of approximately 142 square miles, approximately 8.2 square miles of which is water.

This lake is one of the dozens of small lakes located on Douglas County FCL. Although very picturesque, the water level is still low. Many of us call it "Sunset" Lake but I'm not sure if it has a "real" name. So I'll stick with "Sunset".

You will find the best place to begin your search is at he old snowmobile trail located on South Mail Road (N46 12.080 W091 56.697)

This will be a nice leisurely walk and an easy find.

You will be searching for a medium sized cannister painted camo with a screw-on top.

Inside this cache, you will find one of the values (D) you need to solve the coordinates to "WWW - West Wascott Lakes (or ponds)".

During deer hunting season, be sure to wear blaze orange as you search for this cache.
