It is it's own cache with log and a stage in a 6 cache Mystery/puzzle cache.

Each of the first five caches is really a challenge for Jacob
and for all of you. Jacob has overcome many physical barriers
and has more to go.
Your challenge is to try some of Jacob’s

Jacob’s right leg was injured in the accident. When we learn
to walk early in life we store how to take steps in muscle
memory. If we have a major injury the muscles kind of forget
so we have to train them again. At a young age I cut off a
finger and had it reattached. It took almost two years before I
could make it do what I wanted it to do.

For this challenge you will take one of the steps required to
walk again. Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is
to choose one foot. That will be the only foot you lead with.
Say you choose right. Each step forward will be with your
right foot. Then you will bring your left foot even with your right
foot, set it down, and then step forward with your right foot
again. This will take as much mental and physical effort as
Jacob must use to make himself walk like you do.

Good luck
