We had a great run at this location for over 4 years!!!! This was by far our longest lasting cache.

The location is up for grabs to some one if they want to place a new one here. Perrin and I don't get out this way very much since we moved to the other side of the Narrows.

The cache will be missed.

Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in honor of the original Natures Gate cache by Hough-In & Hump-Out. It is in a whole new location so all finders of the previous cache are more than welcome to visit this one! In fact you are all encouraged to come out and find this one!!!

The coordinates for parking are N 47 26.276 W 122 50.183. Stay on the trails! There is no reason to leave the trails to find this cache. The hike in will be a nice flat walk on trails that will take you all the way to the cache. The walk will be about 2.5 miles round trip. (The distance is the only reason the terrain rating got a 2) Please try to leave no impact to the surrounding area, as the original cache suggested. There should be no reason the leave the trail to find this cache.These trails are frequented by a lot of local muggles so please use a little stealth when retrieving and replacing the cache. The container is an ammo can received from a rather notorious Criminal in the Gig Harbor area.
