Geocache Description:


The first stage of this two stage multi will take you to a monument honoring some of the men and women from Crittenden County who fell in battle. Please take a moment to read the names of those remembered.

To find the next stage you will need to do the following.

Count the number of stars on the front of the monument. Square this number and add 23. Add these digits to the stage one latitude.

Now add the year the monument was erected to the American Legion Post number. When you get this number add 28 then add that number to the stage one longitude.

At stage two you will be looking for a small lock and lock container. While stage one is available at any hour of the day or night stage two has specific hours of availability. They are from 7 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. from March 1st through October 31st and from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. from November 1st through February 28th. As always please rehide the cache at least as well as you found it.
