Geocache Description:

A series of 40 caches set to commemorate Hubblegardner reaching 4000 caches. One cache for every 100 finds.

This one is all about the different looks that HG can give. These looks can say it all without him uttering a word.

The Hypnotic Gleam in his eyes manifests itself when he has had an inspirational thought and is then is going to try to persuade you that it’s a good idea. So really it’s about him trying to get his own way or get you to do something.

But there is also the Hard Glare which is what he does when you have done something that he disapproves of or that he doesn’t like. This may be accompanied by a subtle nod of the head in the direction of something that he wants you to do but which you haven’t yet done. The Hard Glare is quite scary to behold if you haven’t seen it before but most of us take pleasure in ignoring it, just to wind him up. I personally tend to get the Hard Glares when I do the “front of house” at our events.

Finally we have the Hindering Glance which is what you get if you are about to do something that he doesn’t think you should be going to do. Usually joined by an almost imperceptible shake of the head, you may see this if you try to break out from behind the serving table for example. Depending on how wicked you are feeling this one can be ignored or heeded it if you feel a wee bit sorry for him.
