Geocache Description:

There is "Minato Ijinkan" in Kitakouen to be located in midmost of port terminal station and Nakakouen Station of a Portliner going to Kobe Airport from JR Sannomiya Station.

It is a splendid thing that try to look at row of houses along a city street of Kobe from this park of the opposite bank.

A hut with the shutter which is not opened.
