Geocache Description:

This cache is located at the City of Philadelphia Recreation Department Fish Hatchery and Boat Ramp Area. This is a nice view of the Delaware River. It is an easy walk to the cache. The area is closed from 10pm to 6am.

You need to BYOP (Bring Your Own Pen/Pencil). It is a pretty easy cache so I don't need to explain too much more. There is a pencil in the cache but just in case it is not too sharp still byop. Be careful of muggles, it is a high muggle area, people are always sitting and watching the river here at all times of the day.
