This cache is located within the historic city of Clermont and all stages can easily be accessed on foot or bike.
Stage 1:
The published coordinates will bring you to a location near a statue of a famous American that was erected in 1902 in honor of soldiers and sailors of the civil war.
Near the above coordinates you will find a benchmark. The date this benchmark was placed is clearly stamped on the top. Take the last two digits of the year and add this number to the end of both the Latitude and Longitude of the following coordinates to get to stage 2.

Stage 2:
This building was the workplace of an “old-school” fabricator for many years and many of the tools of the trade are displayed here. (No plasma-cutters or CNC machines here my friend…this is the real deal.!!) Take the last two digits of the last year this person used this place and add this number to the end of both the Latitude and Longitude of the following coordinates to get to the final “real” cache.

Stage 3:
The final stage and the location of the cache is across from a facility used years ago to generate power. The cache is a clear Small Lock lid container.
