This is a part of the Scheef East Point Nature Preserve property. Please stay on the primitive walking paths that have been laid out. This is a litter-free area. Open dawn to dusk. No bushwhacking, please!!
Near this cache is commerative stone bench that you may relax and enjoy the view of the lake and nearby Middle Bass Island.
Permission has been granted by the Western Reserve Nature Conservancy and the Black Swamp Conservancy.
