I placed this cache for two reasons: (1) To make my 400th official
cache a little different and (2) To entice cachers based in/near
Asheville a little more westward. Though the starting point is
located in Buncombe County the four caches are located in the
counties of Haywood, Transylvania, Jackson and Macon.
At the first stop you will find a clue to the whereabouts of the
information needed to find the locations of the caches. (Be aware
that the first stop is not aesthetically pleasing so you may want
to search during daylight hours.) You will NOT be able to
find any of the caches without this information. After finding the
first clue you will likely have to return home to do some research
before continuing with your hunt. Do NOT log this cache as a find
until you have signed the logbook of one of the county caches.
There are four county caches so you can claim up to four finds on
this cache page. [Please note that each cacher can only log a
total of four finds on this cache and the related Complicated Cross County Cache
(Clay).]

front cover of each logbook.
