In recent years, Ashburn has been turned from a rural landscape
with forests and pastures to a jungle of cul-de-sacs and strip
malls. Developers clear cut the woods and leave nothing standing
only to plant saplings when they leave.
This place is a leftover from days gone by that the developers
could not pave over, but I wonder if this resting place will ever
be restful again ...
