This is a very simple puzzle cache. Still, because it is a puzzle cache, I would bet that 90% of all cachers out there will never even try for this one. However, I do not know how to make it easier except to give you the answer. (Yeah, I know you would love that. 
)
On every Geocache page you are given the information you need to find the hidden cache. That information consist of the waypoint name, the cache name, the GPS coordinates, the short and long description and additional hints which can be encrypted. You are also given the decryption key which consist of letter substitution and no numbers. Thankfully, the geocaching.com website will also decrypt the hints for you if you desire.
Your puzzle is to go to the specified website and figure out the key which will decrypt the following string of characters to come up with the true GPS coordinates to the cache. I have even placed the key on this cache page for you. Simple!!! ) (Trust me
