Ventura Kids recently set out 15 new caches in the greater Oxnard
area. Four of them didn't get published for various reasons - this
is one of those four.
Even with the coords (which I think were off) and a hint on where
to look I had trouble finding this one. Found it in the third place
I looked, hence the name.
I hid it in the second place I looked. I hope the coords are
better.
