Located on a slope overlooking Split Rock Reservoir
Team Magster placed this cache during the nine mile loop hike around the reservoir. Allow 5 - 6 hours if you plan this hike. This would be an excellent fall outing for all of you color seekers out there.
There's a few approaches to the cache - do your research. Cache rating is for southern approach via the blue trail. You can also knock off The Splitrock Splendor during your outing.
Cache is an ammo can containing the usual trinkets.
