The "Monkey Cache" in Pennsylvania inspired me to create this local version.
This is the way it works; I have filled this 5"x3" container (looks like a small lunch pail, but it is camo'd) with a whole bunch of little globes. When you remove a globe, treat it like a "Travel Bug" and put it in another cache. If you remove a globe from this cache, report it on this page, as with any other find, but include the globe number. When you place the globe in another cache, PLEASE come back to this page and "Post a Note" letting me know where it is, so I can track their movement.
Each globe has two tags attached to them. These numbered tags give details to the finder, in hopes of keeping them moving. Essentially I am asking every finder to post notes on this page, letting me know where the globe was found and where it was placed.
I will keep this cache stocked with globes, so please do not put any "swag" in the container. Cache cards (if you have one) and a log entry is all you need to do.
The park charges a $2.00 fee at the gate. This is a nice park though and worth the two bucks. Great views of the local mountains, green grass and some huge oak trees. Look skyward and the para-gliders, from the "Para-Cache", can be seen flying off in the horizon.
Have fun!!!! Latitude 32
