Geocache Description:

Easter Fun is back for its 3rd year! Please join us for a hopping good time in Mount Douglas park.

The Easter Bunny and Signal the Frog will be setting up a whole lot of chocolatey Easter GPS fun for all ages.

We invite you to join us Saturday, April 19th from 1pm-3pm.

This event is suitable for all ages. Everybody is welcome! Whether you have kids with you or not, you are welcome to attend.

Easter Fun 3 Schedule of Events

1:15pm Baby Bunnies Egg Hunt

For kids 6 and under. Lots of chocolate eggs hidden among the trees near the event coordinates. Please bring your baskets! Violet of the Incredibles will be in charge of hiding the eggs and supervising this event.

1:30pm GPS Egg Hunt

Cachers will be divided into teams of 3-4 adults or 2-3 families with kids. You can form your own teams or we can find someone for you to go with.

When you arrive at the event, please sign your team in and you will receive a set of coordinates for your 10 stashes.

Each stash will contain Bunny Munny^TM which you can collect and bring back to "buy" treats in the Funny Bunny Chocolate store. There will be a delicious variety of yummy chocolate, candies and fruit snacks.

Each team will need at least 1 GPS with someone who knows how to manually input coordinates.

GPS Egg Hunt route About 2km. Relatively flat trail with some gentle ups and downs.

*Printable participant info and an event map will be available closer to the event. Please read it through before the event. You are responsible for your own safety; please participate at your own risk.*

There is no charge for the event, however, donations will be accepted to help with supplies.

When you log your “will attend”, please let us know how many kids and adults are in your party and which event(s) you plan to participate in (Baby Bunnies Egg Hunt and/or GPS Egg Hunt) so we can prepare. Please RSVP by April 10th.
