No this isn't a blatant promo for a cellular provider. Nor is the title a clue to the hiding spot. It is a hint to the method required for decoding the clue. Long before there were price check scanners and even punched tape there was a method for encoding electromagnetic signals. It is called Morse Code. We all have heard it, but have you ever had to use it? If you have a ham radio license this will be a slam dunk. If you don't, don't fret it is not as hard as you fear and I bet you'll have this beat in less than 10 minutes. I've given you the degrees and minutes for both Latitude and Longitude (as if you couldn't have guessed). You need to decode the decimal portion of the minutes.
