Cache is located at a picnic area that is close to a lot of people's favorite fishing area.
It is near the dam at Vega State Park. If the picnic area is occupied by muggles, please don't attempt to find cache. Tweezers may be needed to remove log and bring your own pen. Please replace cache as your found it. It is hidden the way it is to help keep it safe from the heavy winds that can come through this area. Park pass is required for this cache. We received permission from Park Service and DOW (since they have merged) to place this cache. Congratulations to Rojo464 for FTF!
