Jan 2013 UPDATE: The original cache was flooded, and just replaced with a larger weather tight box. New contents too :)
This one might be tough to spot as it is in a bush directly on the side of the dry creek and a little buried to keep from washing away. It's an easy 5-10ish minute walk from the Plomosa BLM camping site.
In the cache are Zip-Ties, Wire Nuts, Wire Splices, and other goodies. Plenty of room to add more treasure by the hunters.
BTW- "Plomosa" IS the correct spelling, same as the road leading in. Technically this should all be part of the "Italian Wash" as shown on Topo's.
Jan 20, 09- Maint inspection. Added a pencil to the box in case the pen quits again, all else OK. To those that had trouble with footprints, sorry about that.. I erased all the traffic prints around the cache area the morning of the 20th :)
