Ever wonder who makes those map products you use for geocaching, and how they do it? In this series, you will sample some of the steps yourself.
Lesson #6: The Final Product
The first five lessons took you through the major steps of making a map. Now let's have a good look at what you have made. Bring a map with you for this one--something you have extras of, or no longer need, maybe one of those freebie highway maps--and exchange it for something in the box.
Don't worry if you don't have a map to put into the box; there's a non-themed bonus cache at the end.
For the first little while, this will be available only to those who have completed the first five lessons. The First Finder's prize is very nice, and it really should go to the first person to complete the entire series. The coordinates currently point to the parking lot. When you've completed the first five caches, I will send you the correct coordinates for the first stage of this cache. Once the first finder's prize is claimed, I will publish the coordinates.
