This is the second cache that we placed along the Pearl River. The distance between the two caches is 0.8 miles as the crow flies, but you must go around two curves (river miles is longer). These caches were placed for you to enjoy a float down the river and find your sense of adventure. Along the way you will see beautiful scenery, animal tracks, and many sounds of birds. If you look closely, you might even see some alligators (at distance). Enjoy your adventure!
The cache is located on a large sandbar that has a small forest at the top. Once you find the first stage, make sure that you read the clue that is in the green notebook on the first page. The clue will lead you to the actual cache (the final stage). Note that there is also a special tool inside with the notebook that is required to reach the cache. Good luck and have fun!
