PS38 Gerald Ford Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

IOWAChupacabra: Ground zero of this cache has been razed/clear cut/graded. Thus all beacons were removed, as well as the cache containers. (A recent cacher confirmed the status.)

It's been a fun ride, but we now have to archive.

Geocache Description:

38th in the Presidential Series. Facts listed here are from: http://facts.randomhistory.com and http://www.biography.com

Take care with the structure here.

Gerald R. Ford assumed the presidency in 1974. He was the first person to serve both as vice-president and president without having ever been elected to either office.  He was named vice-president following the resignation of Spiro T. Agnew and president following Richard Nixon's resignation in 1974.  Ford was adopted as a child, and his previous name was Leslie Lynch King, Jr.

Something a little different here.  Be safe.  Have fun!

** A note from IowaChupacabra: Hello! I am attempting to maintain Blue Grass Tom’s geocaches. Have fun as you travel and explore up and down these Iowa back country roads to find the geocaches in this series. As you do so, if you happen upon a wet log, torn bag, or cracked/damaged/missing container, and graciously make the choice to add/replace paper/bag or change out/replace a container, I would certainly appreciate it and Thank You for the help. I attempt to make a run through the area every few months to fix the problems noted in the logs, but there’s always something! Thank You!
