A replacement cache for one that has been archived. Access is very easy with the exception of winter when the difficulty and terrain ratings would go up but mostly would still be accessible.
This cache is located in an area that is very popular in winter. Which means that is conceivable that it could be grabbed on a winter outing. It is a replacement for one that was in this area but has been archived do heavy logging in the area.
