HORCRUX HUNT #6: NAGINI
Attention Harry Potter Fans or Geocaching Geeks (or both)!!!
Dumbledore has sent you on a mission to find and destroy Horcruxes, to defeat the evil wizard Voldemort, and to find the mysterious Horcrux Hunt Final Cache.
Record the number found on or in each Horcrux (small gold square with black number), and use these to get the location of the final cache.
Please do not actually try to physically destroy the horcruxes, as they are enchanted, and unless you happen to posses the sword of Gryffindor, or a Basilisk fang, you will fail. They are also difficult to replace! So rehide them well so only powerful magic will find them.
To find the final cache you must record the numbers in order of how the horcrux caches are numbered, not how they were introduced or destroyed in the story, although for the most part this strategy will work.
REMEMBER you are HUNTING HORCRUXES! DO NOT get distracted by those silly hallows!!
For those of you who are not familiar with the story, or have only seen the movies (which is tantamount to the same thing) Each cache page will provide some background on the particular Horcrux in question. Horcruxes are vessels that contain parts of Lord Voldemorts’ shattered soul, enabling him to go on living even if he is physically killed. In order for Harry Potter (or in this case youself) to truly defeat Lord Voldemort ALL 7 Horcruxes must be destroyed. There is a slight plot twist here, but I think the final cache will explain everything to you.

NAGINI:
We first see Nagini in the first chapter of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire in the Riddle House. She tells Voldemort (in parsyltongue) that a muggle, Frank Bryce, is outside the room, so Voldemort calls him in and kills him. In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Nagini goes to the Ministry of Magic to steal something out of the Department of Ministries. However, Arthur Weasley is guarding the door. Nagini attacks him, leaving his life in the balance. Harry sees this in a dream, through the eyes of the snake, and worries he did it. His friends assure him that he only saw it, he did not actually do it. At the end of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, when Harry is walking into the forest to face Voldemort, he finds Neville Longbottom and tells him to kill Nagini, if he can, as Nagini was the last horcrux to be destroyed. During Voldemort's victory march to Hogwarts, Neville openly defies him, so Voldemort puts the Sorting Hat on his head and lights it on fire. Neville pulled the hat off of his head and pulled out the sword of Gryffindor. He then uses it to chop of Nagini's head. After killing Nagini, Voldemort became fully mortal and could be killed.
