Nice hike out to a great view of the Monterey Bay in Manaznita
Park
This is a great example of the Jewel that Manzanita Park is.
Manzanita Park is a great spot for playing soccer, baseball,
softball, horse back riding, or even BMX.
It is also home to some of the best views of Monterey Bay, and the
Moss Landing smoke stacks. The smoke stacks seem to be our
“sentinel tree” of this area. They can be seen from miles
around……..as long as it isn’t foggy.
There are several caches on this nice loop that is about 2.75 miles
around. If you are running it could take less than a half hour. (Oh
ya, they also hold a fun run here each year for the local long
distance runners. I believe it will be sometime in August for all
those interested.) If you are caching, it could take a couple of
hours…….but the views are excellent. Be sure to start at one of the
best caches in the park…….”Home team”!
Good Luck! T.P.G
You’re searching for cameoed plastic freezer box. I would call this
medium sized it’s not a small cache and will hold small TB's and
other trade items.
Please replace and hide as you’ve find the cache.
