Geocache Description:

The "Selfie" has taken the world by storm. It got its own song:

It is in the Merriam Webster dictionary. Countless celebrities, The Dalai Lama, Barack Obama, and even Pope Francis have taken selfies. It is quite simple to do.

1. Hold the camera or phone in front of you, with the lens facing towards you.

2. Take the picture like normal.

When you find the geocache, feel free to take a selfie (or any other pic will do!) and post it on the site with your log. If not, no big deal. The cache is an ammo box. It is hidden in the northern reaches of Lake Kegonsa State Park near the "Pine Plantation," which is worth checking out. Some minor bushwhacking is involved. The cache should be accessed from the White Oak Nature Trail, NOT Fairview Dr. Finally, try to to let someone with less than 500 finds get the FTF. I hope you have fun with the cache!

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Sara Bolser of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager. The DNR Notification form and land manager information can be obtained at: (visit link)
