This is a great building of Tokyo. It is a three stage multi-cache that takes you around the building. All points are with 200 meters of the start-point. Inside STAGE 3 you can find a clue to solving Meguro Tattoo.
STAGE 1: At the point where you can see the front and back of HDS you will find the cache. Cache is a metal card case with magnet. From inside the card-case, write down the stage-2 and stage-3 coordinates.
STAGE 2: Find the missing 'single digit' number.
STAGE 3: Using the number found at stage-2, place it into the coordinates found at stage-1.
